Job Responsibilities:

• Provide superior customer service.
• Promptly answer phones, greet customers and direct traffic.
• Follow the sales process.
• Know and follow all BSS procedures and policies.
• Seek assistance from other personnel when help is needed.
• Assist peers with helping customers.
• Provide feedback to management for improvements within store.
• Keep the store clean and professional looking.

Qualifications:

• Good oral and written communication skills.
• An understanding of Counterpoint.
• Organizational skills, strong attention to detail.
• Able to lead through example.
• Work as a member of a team.
• Relate easily and openly with people.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $10.53 - $16.83 per hour

• Modern Bicycle Equipment: 2 years (Preferred)
